Household tribe is looking for a Segment Manager! Join us to participate in defining the marketing strategy for your assigned segment in line with the company's overall strategy. You will design, manage, and evaluate initiatives for the product portfolio, as well as lead and coordinate marketing campaigns and activities.
Your key responsibility will be to:
- define the marketing strategy of the segment by the strategy of the company,
- design, manage and evaluate initiatives for the entrusted product portfolio,
- design, lead and coordinate end-to-end marketing propositions, marketing mix and marketing campaigns for assigned products,
- predict, analyze, and monitor the propositions and performance of the entrusted product portfolio,
- develop and follow up on the forecast model in the segment area,
- define product placement on the market,
- lead the high complex projects to deliver the value propositions on the market,
- manage customer base and P&L of your segment along with your colleagues,
- prepare ROI calculations and feasibility studies for allocated product proposals,
- monitor competition and market trends and develop ongoing and in-depth analyzes.
Requirements – we are looking for someone who:
- is passionate about marketing,
- has analytical and critical thinking,
- has at least 3 years of proven experience with leading projects preferably in Telco (or banking, consulting) sector,
- has an experience with creating segment/marketing propositions,
- is driven by results and has a proactive approach,
- is a team player – ready to help to your colleagues,
- is fluent in both, English and Slovak/Czech,
- has good MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills,
- has experience with JIRA (advantage).
