Responsibilities:
- Manage revenues and net margins, regularly assessing performance and implementing corrective actions across the organization.
- Ensure target market share is achieved by regularly evaluating performance and coordinating with channel management and sales channels.
- Manage and navigate positive customer base development including acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers.
- Participate in revenue and transaction planning, collaborating on IPF, budgeting, and regular forecasting.
- Develop and implement segment and CVM strategy and plans based on business strategy.
- Define and coordinate marketing mix, including pricing and propositions and ensure implementation across relevant departments.
- Taking on the Product Owner responsibilities, including leading the team, task allocation, and capacity planning.
- Foster long-term customer satisfaction by gathering feedback, assessing customer satisfaction, and collaborating on action plans.
- Support channel development by collaborating on prioritization, sales argument preparation, and gathering feedback from frontlines and customers.
- Design and implement outstanding customer experiences alongside with customer journey.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience with segment management, preferably in the telco industry.
- At least 5 years of experience with product management, preferably in the telco industry.
- Strong knowledge of the market and industry trends, especially in the telco industry.
- Proven experience with designing and managing Customer Value Management (CVM) propositions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret data and create actinable insights (MS Excel, Power BI and other analytical tools).
- Experience with cross-functional teams to optimize products for specific customer segments.
- Preferably 5 years of experience as a team leader or similar position.
- Full professional proficiency in English language.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Proactive & costumer-centric approach with ability to take on new challenges.
- Strong attention to detail combined with conceptual thinking.
