We are looking for a new colleague who thrives on working with complex financial and non-financial data, can interpret it to drive strategic decisions, and effectively communicate key insights to B2B leadership. You will be in daily intensive contact with colleagues responsible for B2B segment management, providing financial analysis, strategic insights, and actively participating as a finance business partner in the preparation, evaluation, and approval of business cases, as well as optimizing B2B's indirect cost structure.

Within our team, you will have the following responsibilities:

Business Cases:

  • Financial evaluation, analysis, and approval of business cases for B2B customer solutions (Mobile, ICT, DataComm, coverage, INS).
  • Daily communication with sales colleagues about business cases’ financial parameters.

Indirect Costs - Reporting & Planning:

  • End to end responsibility for planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis of indirect costs for the B2B segment.
  • Active participation in monthly closing processes, preparation and presentation of financial results, and ad-hoc analyses to explain deviations or identify optimization opportunities.

Strategic Advice:

  • Providing financial guidance to management, supporting pricing and investment decisions. Close cooperation with marketing and product teams to ensure financial alignment and support business growth.

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Education: University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in finance, ideally as a Finance Business Partner.
    • Proven track record in financial evaluation, analysis, and approval of complex business cases, particularly in B2B environments (e.g., Mobile, ICT, DataComm solutions).
    • Demonstrated experience in comprehensive management of Indirect Costs, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and optimization within a B2B segment.
    • Experience in the telecommunications industry or a similar B2B-focused sector is a significant advantage.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills.
    • Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategic insights and recommendations.
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to assess investment opportunities and cost structures.
  • Communication & Presentation:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders and senior management.
    • Proven ability to influence decisions and challenge constructively.
  • IT Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, financial modeling).
    • Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., SAP) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI) is highly desirable.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
