🧩 Core Responsibilities
🔹 Client Discovery & Presales
● Engage early with client stakeholders (business & tech) to uncover AI opportunities.
● Shape use cases and demonstrate how AI (ML, GenAI, LLMs) can unlock value.
● Lead feasibility assessments, build lean business cases, and support proposals.
● Translate high-level client goals into structured problem definitions and delivery strategies.
● Apply strategic, out-of-the-box thinking to identify new applications of AI and challenge client assumptions when needed.
🔹 Solution Design & Delivery Ownership
● Co-create solution architectures with tech leads and engineers.
● Guide the AI solution from concept to production with hands-on involvement in:
o Requirements gathering
o User journey definition
o Prompt and data design (for GenAI)
o Feedback loop planning
● Act as the connective tissue between technical teams and business stakeholders to keep delivery aligned with objectives.
● Proactively account for data security, compliance, and responsible AI principles throughout design and delivery.
🔹 Post-Deployment Consulting
● Ensure adoption, measure impact, and advise on optimization and scale-up after go-live.
● Train users, gather feedback, and steer iteration cycles.
● Serve as the continuity point across presales, delivery, and scaling phases.
● Capture insights to influence internal product roadmaps and reusable components.
● Identify related business opportunities and develop the account.
🧠 Skills & Traits
Business Fluency
● Ability to quickly grasp diverse domains (e.g., retail, supply chain, finserv, telco, energy).
● Comfort with stakeholder negotiation, expectation management, and client alignment.
Technical Literacy (but not deep engineering)
● Understand ML/AI/GenAI solution architectures, APIs, and toolchains.
● Can prototype with low-code or prompt tools, speak with engineers, and evaluate solution viability—but doesn’t need to build end-to-end code.
Communication Mastery
● Can talk LLM latency with devs and KPIs with execs—tailoring message to audience.
● Strong written and visual communicator (slides, diagrams, demo stories).
Outcome Orientation
● Bias toward production value: MVP over POC, impact over perfection.
● Pragmatic decision-making across scope, timeline, and resources.

● 2-5+ years in AI consulting, AI delivery, digital transformation, or AI software project management.
● Have experience in client consulting, AI/ML projects, or product delivery.
● Like both strategy and action - you shape the opportunity and stay to deliver it.
● Excel in hybrid settings: in front of a boardroom, in a Miro board with analysts, or reviewing LLM evaluations with developers.
● Czech or Slovak language is a bonus and nice to have.
