Team Assistant to IT Managers (f/m)

We are seeking a proactive Assistant to support our IT Managers in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will be a key enabler of their success, managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

What you will do:

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain meeting minutes and documentation.
  • Organize local and international events, including booking venues and catering.
  • Plan and process business trips, including travel bookings and expense reporting.
  • Support internal and external visits, including international guests.
  • Handle procurement of products and services via internal systems.
  • Communicate with headquarters (Deutsche Telekom) and other international stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming emails and correspondence.
  • Perform ad hoc translations to facilitate local and international communication.
  • Provide complete administrative and organizational support (e.g., arranging refreshments for visitors).

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant / board support with English language in a large international company.
  • Advanced English (verbal and written), as the director is English-speaking.
  • Native-level Czech or Slovak.
  • High level of confidentiality and loyalty.
  • Proactive, positive, and flexible working approach.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize effectively.
