What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain CaaS and PaaS platforms built on Kubernetes ecosystem and design platform releases integrating new capabilities.
- Create and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to automate the processes for faster and more reliable releases.
- Implement monitoring solutions like Prometheus or Grafana to track system health, detect anomalies, and optimize performance across services.
- Integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards for data protection and system integrity.
- Analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes of system issues, resolve bugs, and respond to incidents with timely troubleshooting and preventive measures to minimize downtime and service disruption.
- Oversee change management processes and system lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth transitions, version control, and minimal disruption during upgrades or deprecations.
- Participate in on-call rotation (for stand-by operations).
What we are looking for
- University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Systems, or comparable qualification.
- Fluent in English.
- 2+ years proven experience in cloud technologies.
Technical skills
- Proven experience managing Linux-based environments, including proficiency in shell and bash scripting for operational tasks.
- Hands-on expertise in building CI/CD pipelines using GitOps workflows to enable consistent, scalable, and secure deployments.
- - In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, covering deployment, cluster administration, and day-to-day operations.
- Strong programming skills in Go (or similar languages), with practical experience in backend development and scripting to build tools, services, and automation solutions.
- Solid understanding of IT operations and hands-on experience with observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana to support incident response, troubleshooting, and system reliability.
