We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Internal Auditor to join our Internal Audit team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to develop expertise in auditing, risk management, and internal controls within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your main responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing internal audit engagements across financial, operational, and compliance areas.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance practices.
- Prepare clear, well-structured audit workpapers and documentation in accordance with professional standards.
- Identify control deficiencies, process inefficiencies, and areas of potential risk, and communicate findings to senior team members.
- Contribute to the development of audit reports, including observations, recommendations, and management action plans.
- Perform data analysis and testing procedures to support audit conclusions.
- Monitor the implementation of agreed-upon corrective actions and follow up on outstanding audit recommendations.
- Contribute to building and maintaining an effective and efficient internal control environment.
- Stay current with relevant regulations, industry trends, and best practices in internal auditing.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in auditing or a related discipline; internship experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of internal control frameworks and risk assessment methodologies.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with data analytics tools is an advantage.
- Professional certification in progress (e.g., CIA, ACCA, CISA) is a plus but not required.
